Greg Sherwood was the first Texas attorney to become board certified in both criminal appellate law and civil appellate law. Greg returned to private practice in January 2003 after working as the appellate specialist in the Williamson County District Clerk's Office from 2000 to 2003. In the 1990's, Greg assisted small firms and sole practitioners in discovery and appellate civil law tasks, after receiving his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. with honors from the University of Texas at Austin. Greg's current practice consists primarily of appellate matters in both criminal and civil law, and he has argued cases before the Fifth Circuit, Houston [1st], Austin, San Antonio, Amarillo and Corpus Christi/Edinburg Courts of Appeals.
